Being put on SSRI's at age 9-12, I have been on a lifelong quest for happiness, fulfillment & euphoria..

Finding mediation at age 15..

Leading yoga & healing for over a decade..

I’ve lead yoga at festivals for some of the world’s most well-known & respected DJ’s.

I created The Euphoria Effect, to inspire those who struggle with anxiety, depression & who have unresolved trauma.

I am on a relentless mission to help humans liberate from their past, pain & suffering.

So that they can remember who they really are… beyond their pain & past.
